It was luxuriously furnished and decorated in a modern style . With 2 beds and sofa bed, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

Walk to bars and restaurants, Brickell City Centre (Mall) with upscale shops and restaurants. Publix Supermarket is 2 blocks away, where you can get the best groceries. 3 miles to Wynwood, South Beach, and Design District.

The space has everything you need for a house. It has a dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, hair dryer. Guests will be greeted with basic items for their first day of stay, toilet paper, kitchen towels, shampoo, soap and dish detergent. If your stay is longer than two days, you can buy your items in the markets in the area.

Story residence designed by Corradino Group offers its guests and residents proximity to all that the Brickell area has to offer, but in-house amenities might just keep you inside.

Guests will have access to the building’s amenities. Please note that fob keys are required to access these amenities. Fobs and keys are not included with this booking but can be obtained directly at the front desk during check-in.
