For the comfort of our guests, the studio features:

- 1 Suite with 1 double bed, wardrobe, smart TV, and air conditioning;

- Kitchen with mini-fridge, cooktop stove, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, kettle, blender, wine glasses, pots, dishes, and utensils;

- Dining area with a counter and 2 seats;

- 1 Social bathroom;

- Balcony;

- Hotel-quality bed linens and bath towels (extra bed linens and towels are charged by Seazone);

- Wi-Fi available;

- There are no parking spaces in the building. In front of the building, only quick stops are allowed;

- The apartment is 350 meters from the República metro station.

* The cleaning included in the price is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged.

* One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with sheets for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.

- For self check-in, if any issue occurs that requires the host to go to the property after 8:00 p.m., a convenience fee will apply, ranging from R$50.00 to R$100.00 depending on the time;

- Extra linens/towels and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone;

- The entry of guests and/or visitors who exceed the property's capacity or who are not listed in the reservation is prohibited;

- Smoking is not permitted;

- Pets are welcome! We gladly accept your pet for an extra fee of R$100 per animal. This fee is not included in the platform price and must be paid directly to the host at check-in;

- Pets must relieve themselves only on the street. If they cause any damage to the property, charges will apply after the check-out inspection;

- Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited and may result in fines;

- Quiet hours: from 10 PM to 7 AM;

- Any disrespect is the responsibility of the guest, as are any fines;

- For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged, which includes a new cleaning of the property and the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay;

- Before check-in, guests may be asked to provide identification documents for data verification.
