Rose Vacances offers you this apartment on the 7th floor in a secure residence with a lift, offering breathtaking views over Sables-d'Olonne bay, and located at the foot of the beach and the shops in the Presidents district.

Ideally located, everything is within walking distance: beaches, Lake Tanchet, supermarket, bakery, butcher's shop, pharmacy.

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge. Please arrange the details directly with the concierge.
Accommodation prepared for your arrival
The accommodation will be ready for you upon arrival: end of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included for a completely worry-free arrival.
Exit Instructions – Mandatory
The included cleaning corresponds to a standard service. To guarantee consistent quality:
• Wash and put away the dishes
• Empty the refrigerator
• Take out the bins
• Gather used laundry
In case of non-compliance or if deep cleaning is necessary, a surcharge will be applied.
48 hours before your arrival, you will receive:
