Location is good - close to two tube stations with lots of transport options for rail or bus, but not a lot of restaurants or cafes. Our room was smaller than the one pictured but had all the necessary amenities and was serviced daily. There were several pigeons nesting outside our windows (located in the basement at he back of the building) which woke us up everyday, together with some noise from other guests through thin walls. Despite the pigeons I would stay here again due to location and good value.

Mine and my wife's first airbnb experience and it was a great one. I didn't realize when booking it that it was associated with a hotel but that turned out to be a great bonus since we got a local style apartment with the bonus of a professionally cleaned room.

The place was perfectly located to get around London. The size of the place was the only issue. Much smaller than it looks in the photos especially the bathroom. And the hairdryer didn't work. Apart from that great little flat

Nice place within easy walking distance to lots of places to eat, shop, and the tube is only a couple stops from all sightseeing!

Clean, safe and good location. But no soul. If you're looking for a reasonably priced self catered apartment in central London, it could be a good fit.

I Have stayed in Mariana's MStay 146 Suites for a total of 8 nights & I absolutely loved it. I was solo traveling to London & this room was exactly what I wanted. I spend most of my time outdoors exploring the beautiful city of London & needed a place to sleep & relax after (or in the middle of) an eventful day in the city. As previous reviews have mentioned, It is quite small, especially if you are a couple (& especially more if you have kids) or having a spacious room for relaxing is a big part of your trip. Otherwise, if you are like me where being outside occupies most of your day & needing the room mostly for your basic needs (even more relevant if you are traveling alone for business or pleasure), then I couldn't recommend this place more. Reasonable spaced bathroom, & although I didn't use them much, but having a fridge, freezer, microwave was a nice addition. Cleaning services was consistent. This place is certainly not for everyone, but for the right kind of people, it is really convenient. The most important aspect of it is the location. I couldn't have gotten a better price to stay in such an amazing location. Everything is near you as you are in the city center, with Marylebone & Baker Street stations only a few minutes walk from you with bus stops being less than a minute's walk from the building's entrance door. The only downside that I have found inconvenient was that I was given (based on my request as I had quite a few luggage & I couldn't carry them up the stairs as there are no elevators in the building) a room in the ground floor on the street side. It was really noisy especially at night when needing to sleep as you can hear all the voices of people walking along the street & also the noise from the cars, buses & the loud motorcycles. When anyone entered the building and closed the door, the door to my room slaps in response to the pressure from closing the outside door. I guess I was quite exhausted from my activities during the day so it didn't bother me much as I had an average night's sleep, but I could see it being a major problem for people who are sensitive to noise when sleeping. An option to deal with this problem could be to ask the caretaker/reception staff to place you in a room on the back side not facing Gloucester Pl road. In summary, I really enjoyed my stay in this listing, and I would definitely consider it if another visit is planned to London in the future, while putting in mind that some disturbances & slight inconveniences must be weighed against the great advantage of its prime location within the center of the amazing city of London. Hope this review helped to make an informed decision to anyone planning to stay...
