Our lovely two bedroom flat, with a spacious, stylish living area and roof terrace with amazing panoramic views, is the perfect Airbnb to discover London. It is in a prime location in central Pimlico, a hidden gem of a neighbourhood in central London, with great transport links and just walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace. We have all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay and our roof terrace will give you a unique view of London.

The space

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is situated in a prime location in the heart of Pimlico, just 4 mins walk from the underground station. Therefore you are only 5-10 minutes away from Oxford Circus and Central London on the tube!

The flat is only 8 minutes walk to Victoria Train & Coach station, meaning the flat is very convenient for those who are coming from or going to Gatwick Airport with an express train and with direct links to all other London airports.

For those who want to walk or get the bus, you are just a 20-minute walk to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Houses of Parliament and St. James’ Park. The 24/7 number 24 bus goes from right outside the flat and will take you to Westminster, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Soho and Camden.

The flat is a recently refurbished, stylish and spacious two bedroom penthouse. It has a large dining, sitting room and kitchen area. All areas are fully equipped! You will have a large TV with cable TV, DVD Player and and surround sound, as well as high-speed WiFi. The kitchen has all you would need for cooking a meal. Basic cooking ingredients will be provided along with tea, coffee and sugar. The kitchen also has laundry facilities and we supply detergent etc.

The open plan area leads on to the private roof space, which has the best views over London in the local area - we promise!

The 2 bedrooms have ample storage space. The larger bedroom has a new queen size bed, dressing table and wardrobes. The other bedroom has a new double bed and wardrobe. Both bedrooms have comfy duvets and pillows and a set of towels for each guest.

There is a large bathroom with bath and shower and window access to another balcony with tables and chairs - perfect for Breakfast! We will also leave nice Shampoo and Conditioner in the bathroom so no need to carry you own. There will also be a hair dryer!

The flat is a three bedroom flat but the owner will lock their bedroom and not be present during your stay.

***** Please note *****
The flat is in a large old Georgian building and there is no lift/elevator. Therefore, to get to the penthouse there are a number of stairs. The flat is, therefore, not suitable for people with walking difficulties. For all others, the view is worth the stairs!!

Guest access

I live there with my girlfriend typically. We only rent when we are away and we lock our bedroom. Therefore, you will have the two other bedrooms and access to all other parts of the flat. You may see some cupboards locked or labelled as Private. Apart from this - you wouldn't even know we live there normally!

Detailed instructions on collecting the keys will be provided once your booking is confirmed

Interaction with guests

We rent the flat when we are away but we will always be available to respond to your queries and have a local contact who can come to the flat if you have any major queries.

Other things to note

Everyone thinks their home is perfect and we do so as well. But here are some bits that we think we should mention:
- The flat is a three bedroom flat but we lock our bedroom and will not be present during your stay
- The flat is on the 4th/5th floor and there is no elevator in the building
- The second bedroom has a double bed but the room is quite small and cosy!

Exceptional flat in the heart of London (okay Pimlico). Easy walk to Buckingham Palace and other major attractions. Flat is very clean and has lots of natural light ... it's beautiful! A rooftop patio gives a great ire of Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and the London Eye. Has multiple flights of stairs to climb but would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't require a lift.

There's nothing bad I can say about my experience in Alex's flat. Everything was as advertised and more! The flat was incredibly clean and spacious and the roof top patio is incredible. I would honestly rent just that if it was on offer. The neighbourhood itself is simply not going to be beat in central London in my opinion. I will be back in London a couple more times this year and will do whatever I can to get back into this flat!

We had a great stay at the Two Bed Penthouse Flat in Pimlico. Good location with groceries, restaurants and little shops nearby. Walking distance to Victoria train station - pickup spot for hop-on-hop-off busses and express train to Gatwick airport. The flat has skylights and windows that offer lots of light and also has a very cool rooftop access to small seating area - views are incredible. Kitchen is well equipped. Its on the top floor and there is no lift so would not be ideal for someone physically challenged. However, we travelled with my 81 year old mother and she managed the stairs just fine. Flat is well maintained and clean. I would recommend it to my friends.

This is a fabulous flat in an unbeatable location and the hosts are among the most friendly and welcoming we had ever found. Their information about where to eat and things to do was spot on and really made us able to enjoy the fabulous Pimilco neighborhood as if we were locals. The roof terrace in this flat will blow your mind. And the loving space is bright and comfy. Also the washer dryer was extremely convenient for us. We are a family of three with an 11 year old child and managed very well in this flat for four nights. Those with younger children and or guests who have difficulty managing stairs should not book here. But if you are okay with lots of stairs, this place has a lot to offer and is as charming as they come.

Beautiful flat with rooftop garden with views of Big Ben and London eye. Must be able to walk up stairs- since on 4th floor. Close to pimlico underground station and many sites of London are close by! Alex and Holly were very easy to get in touch with and were great!

Sweet holiday rental! Hosts Holly and Alex are fabulous and our family of four enjoyed all the amenities of home. The rooftop view is breathtaking, the location is convenient to tube, shops and food and we slept like babies after tromping all over London. Amazing home base for all your sightseeing.
