This new beautifully built home will fit the largest families. Spaciously designed, this 3,000 sqft home comfortably sleeps multiple families with a hot tub, five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms (one for each bedroom), two master suites, an impressively designed bunk room, large living area with built-in modern fireplace, gorgeous bright kitchen with double ovens, custom island dining table, and more.

In close proximity to downtown McCall, Payette Lake, McCall golf club, and more. No pets.

The space
Welcome to this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 1/2 bathroom impeccably decorated home. This open concept home is perfect for entertaining large groups. Featuring 2 master suites and 4 bedrooms equipped with private full bathrooms, this home is perfect for multiple families. The main level master provides ease for limited mobility guests with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom has the comfiest beds equipped with smart tv's ready for you to login to your personal entertainment accounts.

The chef's kitchen features premium appliances, including a beverage refrigerator, dual ovens, filtered refrigerator water, crockpot, griddle, rice cooker, ninja blender, knife block and more. We also have a highchair and toddler dishes for the younger guests. The built in island table and live edge resin dining table holds the largest groups for entertaining.

The hot tub is essential after a long day of adventuring McCall. We are less than a mile from Davis Beach and Ponderosa State Park. Bike, walk, or run the paved nature trail from the neighborhood into downtown McCall. McCall Golf Club is a short cart ride across the street.

Dual zoned heating and AC on both floors, plenty of fans for every room, and a beautifully designed gas fireplace.

The garage holds two vehicles and the driveway holds an additional four. We also have trailer parking along the garage side of the home. The expansive mudroom off the garage will hold all your outdoor gear.
