The space
Located at Canmore Crossing, our 885 sq ft condo sleeps 4. Perfect for families, groups, or couples exploring the Canadian Rockies! Enjoy massive 25-foot vaulted ceilings and huge corner windows with panoramic views of Cascade Mountain and Mount Rundle.
LOCATION:
This modern mountain condo, situated near the heart of Canmore on Railway Ave, offers easy access to ski hills, hiking, and unique experiences like the Kananaskis Nordic Spa, dog sledding in the Spray Valley, and helicopter tours of the Three Sisters Mountains.

PARKING:
One underground parking stall secured with a PIN code. Only one vehicle is permitted in the parking spot at a time. The parkade has a maximum vehicle height allowance of 6'9"(2.1m).
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:
This condo offers 2 spacious private bedrooms for ultimate privacy and restful sleep. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds.
Enjoy the main level bathtub and the shower in the second floor's open plan ensuite. The loft bathroom is open, so it doesn't have the same level of privacy as a closed bathroom. Some guests prefer not to use this bathroom and only use the main floor bathroom instead. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with essentials.
The living room has a sofa and love seat with a large screen TV, and great corner mountain views!

Another full bathroom on the main level with bath and shower.

Step out onto the spacious patio, which seats six and offers cool night air and alpine views. A small table and outdoor dinner set make it perfect for dining al fresco. Enjoy the perfect blend of indoor comfort and outdoor splendor.
Guest access
The suites are secured with PIN code access which will be provided to all guests.
The garage is secured with another PIN code access which will be provided to all guests.
The unit is not shared space and you will have privacy throughout. The hot tub and fitness center will be available to all guests - depending on some times excluded for maintenance, of course.
This unit is the last in the building on the cleaning schedule, which is why it has a 5pm check in time. We are unable to accommodate early check ins. If an early check in is important, the best option is to book the previous day as well.
Other things to note
Video Monitoring:
There are no video or audio recording devices in the unit. There may be video or audio recording devices in the parkade, and inside the hallways, hot tub, fitness, or exterior of the building. I am unaware of any, but they could be there.
There are no pets allowed in the condo.
The parkade allows a vehicle with a height of 6'9" or less.
There is one parking space available for guests, and it can only be occupied by one vehicle at a time.
The Hot Tub is available only by booking. There is a QR Code and web address in the elevator that provides access to the Hut Tub scheduling.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have this set to Strict with a Non-Refundable option for a reduced price. We have to do this as a last minute cancellation means we can have the space unrented for a long period.
However, this policy is not there to penalize our guests. It's there to ensure we have the unit occupied as much as possible.
Therefore, our policy is that if you cancel, and if we can re-rent the unit, then we will still return any unrefunded funds to you based on the days and rate we are able to re-rent.
We give the same policy to the non-refundable option!
