Come relax at our two-bedroom lakefront cottage on Boarsback Lake. A tranquil getaway with just the right mix of lake, relaxation, sunsets, and campfires . An amazing place for a romantic couple’s getaway, family time or a solo adventurer/traveler. Large master bedroom with a king size bed, and a double bed in our cozy second bedroom. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, dishwasher, Keurig and BBQ. Guests have access to two kayaks, a paddle board and pool noodles.
The space
The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need –sheets, towels, soaps, cooking essentials such as oil, spices, condiments, coffee/tea and books/games.
Included in your stay is access to free WiFi. There is a heat pump and a 55-inch TV to enjoy CraveTV, Disney Plus, AppleTV and cable. All provided to you free during your stay.
We also provide 2 kayaks and one paddle board for our guests to enjoy.
Just 4km away you will find Wentworth Lake Park which has been updated to be handicap accessible, walking trail, three large hammocks, washroom facilities and an amazing new full access boat launch. Bring your fishing rod to enjoy excellent bass fishing on Wentworth Lake!!!
Explore numerous ATV trails right from the cottage. We have ample parking to accommodate your needs.

Your safety is important to us. Please carefully read our house rules before booking. By making a reservation, you implicitly agree to comply with all rules listed under 'Other details to note:' This includes, but is not limited to:
* parties are not allowed. No overnight guests outside those included on the booking.
*No extra guests or extra pets. This could result in an Immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
*Zero tolerance for smoking, vaping or drugs of any kind in the house.
*Septic System Guidelines: Use only toilet paper for flushing. Clogging for other items during your stay will incur plumber fees for repairs, according to assessment.
*This is a no shoes inside the home. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
*No Videography or photography for professional purposes without prior consent.
*Personal Responsibility for Water Safety: It is a requirement that you bring and wear a personal life vest when swimming in the lake, using the the kayaks and paddleboard. We highly recommend that you bring your own life jackets to use in case ours do not fit you properly.
*Following your booking, we will send you a copy of our Waiver Agreement (included in The safety section -Under things to know). It is required for you and your guests to review and agree, as well as, to understand any dangers, prior to your stay.
*Service Access: In some cases, our maintenance team may require access to the Property. Guests must allow service personnel access for repairs, and maintenance. Regular visits ensure optimal functioning of the property.
We have one outdoor camera that is pointed towards the parking area.
Other things to note
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks or paddle boards is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks or paddle boards.
You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks or paddle boards and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks or paddle boards may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks or paddle boards if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks or paddle boards while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant.
You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party.
