Many cabinets guarantee all the practicality you deserve.
**Convenient Laundry Room**
For your convenience, we offer a washing machine and dryer, located on the second floor of the house. This allows you to keep your clothes clean and fresh throughout your stay.

Our NBA-themed game room is the perfect place for fun. Equipped with a large Smart TV, Air hockey, it guarantees entertainment for the whole family, making your stay even more special.

Next to the kitchen, the living room offers an incredible view of the outdoor area. With high quality sofas and a large Smart TV, it is the ideal space to relax and enjoy family time.

Enjoy our swimming pool, equipped with 2 sun loungers, as well as furniture (table and chairs) for outdoor dining. A set of sofas in the outdoor area creates an even more inviting environment for leisure moments. But don't forget that this resort has a club and also a water park that you can enjoy for free.
**Ease of Access and Security**
On the day of check-in, at 7am, you will receive all instructions via chat. Our check-in system is completely electronic; just use the password on the door's numeric keypad, without the need to pick up keys.
**Large Parking**
Parking is available in front and to the side of the house, with many marked spaces. Please note that we are not responsible for fines resulting from parking in inappropriate locations.
**Waste Management**
We ask that you place your bagged trash on the large bench located in front of the house. Resort staff collect trash daily. Garbage outside the packaging will not be collected and may result in fines.
**Guaranteed Security**
For your peace of mind, our home is equipped with a security camera at the entrance. There are no internal or hidden cameras, ensuring complete privacy.
**Important Details**
All rooms have central air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We provide 12 sets of bath towels and 6 pool towels. If you notice a towel missing when checking in, please contact us. Towels are provided by an industrial laundry and must be accounted for at the end of the stay.
**Extra Services**
We offer some extra services for your convenience:
- **Pool heating** (minimum 2 nights). Must be requested in advance.
- **Early check-in and late check-out** (subject to availability).
**Courtesy Provided**
Our house is a self-service space. We offer some free supplies until you can get to the grocery store. We do not provide seasonings or food to avoid contamination.

Additionally, please be aware that Florida is very hot and has many types of insects. Therefore, we conduct regular pest control in our homes.
Lastly, please note that we have plenty of parking space.
