Nestled on 12 acres of picturesque tranquility in the beautiful hills of Clinton, complete with a gorgeous duck pond, to boot. This spacious home, adjacent to Red Sands Golf Course, accommodates up to 11 guests, including children.

2023 Award-Winning! Originally a mill from the late 1800s, this Victorian gem invites you to relax on the stunning covered porch.

The space
Escape to Clinton Pond, ideal for families or groups of up to 11, located in Anne's Country amidst the rolling hills of Clinton, PEI. Enjoy 12 acres of picturesque tranquility.

There is a 6-person hot tub for your luxurious stay!

This spacious home offers stunning views of island birds and occasional visits from friendly foxes, all on 12 private acres with a duck pond and campfire area. Relax on the large wrap-around porch and enjoy peace and tranquility.

Each room is beautifully decorated in rustic farmhouse style, featuring antiques, luxurious linens, air conditioning, and flat-screen TVs. Every room has its own ensuite with a three-piece bath, glass shower, and island-made soap.

The Meadow Suite has a queen bed for two guests, while the Millstone Suite also offers a queen bed. Both suites include private ensuites with three-piece glass-enclosed showers.

The Bird's Eye Family Suite, with three rooms a joining and a private shared bath between the three rooms and accommodates up to five guests with a queen bed, double bed, and single bed. Its' ensuite features a deep soaker tub, glass shower, and double vanity. Important note, the bathroom is off of the queen bedroom. Access to the bathroom is through the queen bedroom. Guests staying in the double and single room will need to access the queen bedroom to access the washroom.

Two additional guests can stay in the living area in the double pull-out sofa bed. In total, 11 guests can sleep comfortably at the Pond.

*Please note, we cannot accommodate additional cots or guests, or allow guests to sleep on sofas or furniture.

IMPORTANT - THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AGED 3 AND UNDER, including infants. We are not equipped for children this young, and the stairs /water access is a safety concern.

The gourmet chef's kitchen is perfect for culinary adventures. A separate family and dining room provide ample relaxation space, adorned with fine antiques.

Enjoy entertainment options including Starlink WiFi (the best high-speed option on the island), Google Mini, Netflix, Disney, Xbox for two, a karaoke machine, DVDs, books, and more. Board games and cards are also available.

Outdoors, enjoy games like bocce ball, badminton, volleyball, and lawn darts, among others.

The back deck features a propane BBQ, a bistro table, and ample seating in a forested setting.

A short walk to the illuminated campfire area and stunning duck pond will urge you to never want to leave.

This home when not rented as a whole home, serves as a bed and breakfast. The decor is aligned to PEI's charm and warmth of Anne of Green Gables with antiques and generous decor. To dispose of the garbage, a walk or drive is required to the end of the lane.
