Please leave the property as you found it... we do NOT charge a cleaning fee like many other Airbnb listings do (as we don't think it's fair - you wouldn't pay to clean a hotel room would you?) So we just ask that you leave everything as you found it - washing up clean and put away, rubbish thrown in the bin, towels left in shower etc. Of course, we don't expect you to strip the bed.
If you don't want the fuss of this, please ask and we can arrange for a cleaner. Thank You :-)

Remote enough to be peaceful and relaxing yet a short drive into Looe and other surrounding areas. Great base to explore Cornwall from, would love to stay again!

Cosy and quirky property. We love this area of Cornwall and it was a good base to visit for the four of us and our dog. The walk to the Plough pub is only 5 mins although take a torch as part is not lit. A nice property for a short break.

Great place nicely tucked away, but not far from looe and a great base to discover the rest of cornwall from, very clean what more could you want five stars from the Ashmans

Lovely location, quote remote but near a lovely little pub called the plough, highly recommended. The house itself is nice, however, it could do with a good clean. The absolute bare essentials are left, so be sure to grab everything you need I.e. Bread, milk etc (don't expect any personal touches). If you'd like to use the log burner, make sure you buy some kindling so you can use this.

Very clean and modern house with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The location is a bit remote; we could, however, walk to one restaurant (The Plough, which was fantastic -- excellent food and cozy atmosphere.) And it wasn't far to drive to Looe, or take the bus there. We happened to stay during the Looe Music Festival, so that was an unexpected plus!

Very cosy and quiet, well equipped and ideally located away from the hustle and bustle of Looe which is still within easy reach. Great for exploring all of Cornwall which we did! A home away from home. Watch the decking if it's wet (which it was - if only Steve could have organised the weather in the same way as he's kitted out the Sunday School ;-)). Satnav did take us through some extremely narrow country lanes though but we soon learned the routes that took the larger roads. The WiFi is slow so if you want to download anything, do it before you arrive! Pub is more of a restaurant than a local pub, but food is excellent. Steve replies to queries almost instantly too. Very enjoyable week - highly recommended.

Friendly down to earth guy who is obsessed with property and architecture. I love anything unusual and quirky. I have over 10 years holiday Letting experience offering places to stay that are exactly as I'd want a place to be when I stay elsewhere. I am originally from South Lo…
