Our beautiful spa town of Bad Abbach is located on the Danube, as well as 13 km south of the UNESCO World Heritage city of Regensburg and 18 km from the Lower Bavarian town of Kelheim with the magnificent Altmühl Valley and the Danube Gorge with the famous Weltenburg Monastery. Both places can be reached in about 15-20 minutes.

The space
In the cozy kitchen-living room, there is a kitchenette with a dining table for three people, another wardrobe, a third bed, which can also be used as a couch (90 x 200 cm), a leather couch, a flat-screen TV and a display case with a collection of games. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, bread slicer and filter coffee machine. The bedroom has a double bed (180x200 cm) with high quality, separate mattresses, two nightstands, a wardrobe and a chair. On request, a high chair and a baby bed with bed linen (60 x 120 cm) are also available for small children. Please specify before arrival. In the storage room there is a washing machine to clean your clothes, a clothes rack, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, shelves and cleaning supplies. A large terrace with 24 sqm, a small garden area, a table with four chairs, parasol, barbecue and sun loungers are ready for your relaxation. Linens and towels are furnished. There is an automatic recirculation system and smoke detector in the apartment. Free parking is available right in front of the house. Bicycles can be safely parked in our garage. E-bike charging station also available. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment. A private guest WiFi is available for free. Both places can be reached in about 15-20 minutes. Our modern and very well-equipped non-smoking apartment comfortably accommodates 1 to 3 people and is 65 square meters. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area and is located in a house we live in in the basement. Right in front of the house there is free parking available. From the parking lot, you can reach the apartment's own entrance via a wide and easily accessible staircase. The apartment has a very large, sunny terrace and a small garden area. Here you can relax and enjoy your holiday. A grill and sun loungers are available. Bicycles can be parked in our garage. (Own key) The Bad Abbach market is very conveniently located and is also very well connected by public transport. The bus stop is only 600 m away and can be reached in just 8 minutes on foot. From here, you can reach the centre of Regensburg in just 30 minutes by bus. The spa town of Bad Abbach offers visitors a beautiful, spacious spa park with a petting zoo and mini golf course, a diverse range of restaurants, as well as a number of shopping facilities, such as EDEKA, REWE, Aldi, Netto, Norma, dm, etc. Nearby is a beautiful golf course in Lengfeld, the marina in Kelheim, as well as the University of Regensburg, which you can reach by car in just 10 minutes. Many other very beautiful and worthwhile tourist destinations are available to you: the 2000-year-old UNESCO World Heritage City of Regensburg (12 km), Kelheim (18 km) with Altmühltal, Weltenburg Monastery and Liberation Hall, the Walhalla in Donaustauf (25 km), the Nepal Temple in Wiesent (33 km), as well as the Hundertwasserturm in Abensberg (27 km). The Danube Cycling Path, which leads directly past Bad Abbach, is available for a beautiful bike ride. A bicycle rental is located in the Poikam district.
