This penthouse features a large master bedroom with a king-size bed, another sleeping area with a queen-size Murphy bed, and 2 full bathrooms, along with a spacious kitchen finished with sleek cement counter tops. The open-plan living area includes a comfortable sitting space and a large 10-seater dining table, perfect for socializing or relaxing in front of the cozy fireplace. Located on the 4th floor, this walk-up apartment offers added privacy and elevated city vistas. Step outside to enjoy 2 generous decks, perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying the fresh air.
