The space
The renovated Guest House features a master bedroom with King bed and ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom with Queen bed, and a smaller third bedroom with two single beds. There is also an easily moveable fold-out single bed available.
The open plan living and entertainment area includes a pool table, piano, 6-seat corner lounge and TV, extendable dining table, and kitchenette.
The kitchenette features a 380-litre fridge with freezer, dishwasher, a two-burner built-in electric stovetop, bottled water dispenser, microwave, small electric benchtop oven, kettle, toaster, slow cooker, and coffee machine.
The main bedrooms and living area all open onto a huge verandah and covered terrace complete with fully-equipped BBQ station and undercover dining area, overlooking the river and property; perfect for meals at any time.
The swimming pool room is accessed via the stone footpath from the garage, and features:

Guest access
Guests will have access to all areas of the property (all 40 acres of lawns, paddocks, orchards, and river and secluded creek banks), and exclusive access to the swimming pool, spa, sauna, golf green, boat ramp, and pontoon). The only exception is the owner's house, which may be occupied and is off limits during your stay.
Other things to note
Dogs are welcome at the property, and well-behaved ones are allowed in the guest house but only into the non-carpeted areas (i.e. not in bedrooms).
There is limited mobile reception at the property, however internet calling is available through Wi-Fi.
There is also a landline telephone available for reasonable use to make, receive, and call-forward calls to.
Early check-in and late check-out will be accommodated.
