Nestled at Puig de Maria, just 1 km from Pollença, Villa Es Costes combines traditional Mallorcan charm with modern comfort. Ideal for families and active guests, the villa boasts a heated pool, private gym, and a large children’s play area. Carefully selected furnishing, new appliances, and multiple outdoor lounge and dinning areas create a relaxed and refined setting. Peaceful yet close to Pollença, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect year-round with ACs and central heating.

The space
Layout

Main floor:
The main floor features an entrance hall that leads to open-plan, spacious lounge and dining rooms. The fully equipped kitchen offers direct access to the outdoor patio and pool area. Dinning and living room areas are equipped with Daikin ACs.

Ground floor
The ground floor is dedicated to rest and privacy and features two spacious master bedrooms, each with a 180 cm king-size oak bed and en-suite bathroom. A striking domed bedroom offers a 180 cm king-size bed plus two single beds and TV area, with its own en-suite bathroom - ideal for families with young children. A further twin bedroom with two single beds is served by a separate full bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with Daikin ACs.

Outside:
Villa Es Costes is set against a beautiful mountain backdrop, surrounded by a perfectly landscaped garden with olive trees and a small fruit orchard.

The private swimming pool (9.5 x 4.5 m, depth 110–160 cm) can be heated during the cooler season for an additional fee of €560 and fenced on request. A spacious lawn offers plenty of room to relax and play.

Two covered terraces provide a shaded outdoor dining area by the pool and a comfortable lounge with open views towards Pollença.

Guests can enjoy a gym annex (rowing machine, assault bike, free weights), table tennis, a children’s playground, and outdoor cooking with a gas BBQ and wood oven.

Other things to note
Villa Es Costes is best suited for families and outdoor activity groups, e.g. cycling, hiking, yoga, and painting retreats.

For an additional charge of 560 EUR, you can opt to heat the pool during off-summer months. Additionally, the pool can be fenced for families with children.

Parties are not permitted out of respect for the neighborhood's peace and quiet.
