Relax in this completely new, unique and peaceful accommodation. This house is 10 minutes from the Argentan Olympic sites and Haras du Pin. Back in the evening, you will appreciate the calm and tranquility of the place. You will enjoy the terrace and its 180-degree view of the Normandy hills.

The space
My home has just been completed. It's brand new and restored using quality materials and decoration. It comprises a living room of around 35 m2, where you'll find a lounge with two leather sofas, a very pretty kitchen, a dining area and a cosy corner near the wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a shower, WC with hand shower, washbasin unit and mirror. The first floor has a sloping ceiling, giving way to a small mezzanine with a single bed and a small attic bedroom with a double bed. The floor of the flat and the terrace are tiled with travertine. The terrace has sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue. At the end of the summer, heating is extra money
