Welcome to Bongo House Pelee—our eclectic 1,700 sq. ft. waterfront cottage that's perfect for families and groups of friends. With unobstructed western views over Lake Erie, you'll have a front-row seat to some of the island's most spectacular sunsets.

The space
Life moves a little slower here. There is no Wi-Fi by design, giving you the chance to truly unplug, reconnect with family and friends, and embrace island time.

The fully equipped kitchen and BBQ make preparing meals easy, while two large dining tables provide plenty of space for everyone to gather. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to eight guests with four bedrooms:

Two bedrooms with two single beds each

The cottage includes one full bathroom, one half bathroom, and an outdoor shower—perfect for rinsing off after a swim or cooling down on warm summer days.

Spend your days relaxing in one of three cozy sitting areas overlooking the lake, enjoying the breeze from the screened-in porch, or gathering around the outdoor fire pit after sunset. The spacious one-acre yard offers plenty of room for children to play, lawn games, or simply relaxing with a good book.
To help you explore the island, we provide six adult bicycles for guest use, along with lawn games, a soccer ball, volleyball, frisbee, and badminton racquets.

Bongo House is conveniently located just minutes from many of Pelee Island's favourite attractions, including Pelee Island Winery, the ferry terminal, Art Works, 2 Chicks, Westview Tavern, The Stone House 1891, and Fish Point Nature Reserve. Whether you're enjoying local food and wine, browsing island art, or discovering one of Ontario's most unique natural areas, everything is within easy reach.
