The space
The flat provides a comfortable and relaxing stay with a spacious double bed, ideal for invigorating nights of sleep. For entertainment, a Smart TV is available, ensuring moments of rest with a variety of content options.
The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as minibar, stove, coffee maker, sandwich maker. microwave, making it easy to prepare fast and practical meals. In addition, we offer a bed and bath linen, including sheets and towels, as well as basic utensils to prepare and enjoy your meals in the comfort of your own space.
Our goal is to provide a warm and functional atmosphere where you can enjoy a pleasant and peaceful stay. With access to the swimming pool, on the roof that provides a privileged view of the sea.

Enxoval:
- Composed of 1 bedding sheet, 1 cover sheet, pillowcases and bath towels, according to the number of guests inserted in the reservation, in addition to 1 face towel per bathroom.

Miramar is a vacation rental company and not a hotel. Check out our guidelines:
1. DOCUMENTATION:
After the booking confirmation, the host (Miramar Hospedagens) will request photos of your ID (front and back) or driver's license, plus a selfie for verification. The same applies to all escorts of the reservation. This measure is part of our security protocol.
2. ACCESS:
No visits are allowed. Only people registered in the reservation can have access.
3. BREAKFAST:
Breakfast is not included.
4. CLEANING:
Cleaning is not daily. The cleaning fee only covers the initial storage and washing service of bed and bath linens. If you want extra cleaning, you can request it, being charged the same amount as the initial fee. We offer sheets and towels, but we do not have blankets or blankets.
5. DAMAGE TO THE LINEN:
In case of makeup, paint or food stains, the amount of replacement of the compromised item will be charged. Attention: Do not use the body and face towels as floor cloths, as this will result in a fine of R$100.00 per piece.
6. PARKING:
Parking is rotating, subject to availability.
7. POOL:
The hours of use of the swimming pool are from 8 am to 8 pm.
8. CLEANING AT CHECK-IN:
Cleaning is carried out before check in. If you identify any fault, please let us know immediately when checking in, so we can resolve it as soon as possible.
9. VARIABLE PER DIEMS:
The daily rate is not the same every day.
10. COMPLIMENTARY ITEMS:
We leave basic items for the beginning of your stay: detergent, toilet paper and amenities (soap, shampoo). Replacement is the guest's responsibility as needed.
11. CONTACT WITH the RECEPTION: For matters related to the accommodation, avoid contacting the reception of the building. Use our customer service. For questions about the building's premises, contact the reception desk (if any).
12. COMMUNICATION WITH MIRAMAR: We are available to serve you through the available channels: chat on the website, business phone and messaging app. Our service hours are from 07:00 to 23:59. There may be delays in periods of high demand.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to make the check-in and check-out times more flexible. To ensure sanitation and a quality service, we maintain check-in at 3:00 p.m. and checkout at 12:00 p.m. Thank you for your understanding and wish you a great stay!

The interval between 12 pm and 3 pm is reserved for the cleaning and preparation of the apartment for the next guests. Early check-in or late checkout is not possible. We seek to deliver the best in stay and for this we also count on the guest's cooperation respecting our schedules.
* Access Information: From check-in, the guest is responsible for the listing. If there is a problem with lock or damage, it must be informed to us but the resolution of the problem will be the cost of the holder or the guest who is using the unit.
