While the property is not fully fenced, there is a child gate at the entrace to the deck offering a secure deck space.
Access to our Tasmanian home is via the right hand sliding door off the deck. On confirmation of your booking, a code to the locked key box will be provided. The house is open plan and has a wrap around deck. The deck has a child gate to keep your children and small dogs safe.

Our Tasmanian home is absolute waterfront. The beach is a quick 2 minute walk along the cliff path, or down the road. There are often dolphins feeding in the bay and along the rocks off the beach around dusk. Primrose Sands has one store which provides Pizza's on a Friday and Saturday night. There is a RSL in town plus Dunalley and Richmond have great dining options available.
The property has room for two cars in the drive plus space for 2 or 3 outside off road. There is no public transport.
Like many other small Tasmanian beach town's, Primrose Sands is not connected to main water or sewage systems. We rely on our rain water and an Envirocycle system. We ask our guests to be water wise and not to flush anything non-biological.
