Our stone country home sits on over an acre of land with an expansive view of vineyards & the valley below. It is suitable for families, 2 couples, or singles in search of solitude and natural beauty. Come enjoy a glass of cold Soave wine on the stone platform. Go wine tasting. Day trip to Verona or Venice. Sleep in the Hammock. Sing around a campfire. Cook and enjoy good food. Go for walks in the vineyards. Finish your book. Paint your masterpiece. Create something. REST. RELAX.
Well-behaved pets are welcome to stay on the ground floor or in the fenced-in pen behind the house. A pet deposit is required. Well behaved means: no destroying property, keeping off furniture, quiet and 100% housebroken. If they are left during the day, they must be kenneled inside the house or left in the outdoor pen at your own risk (not appropriate for diggers or jumpers).
Smoking is only permitted outdoors and beyond 50 feet of the neighbors' houses.
Out of respect for our neighbors, outdoor quiet hours range from 10pm-8am.
GARBAGE/RECYCLING: Glass and Metal, Plastics, Paper, Organic, and Garbage must be separated. Organic waste is picked up Tuesdays and Saturday mornings. Please place it in a biodegradable bag and place in the designated orange bin, leaving it next to the mailbox. Dry garbage must be placed in a clear sack and left for pick up every TUESDAY.
Aside from water, we ask that all food and beverages be consumed in the kitchen/dining area.
Our child is growing up in this house and because of this, we consider it to be child-friendly in that it is well-equipped with children's things. That said, mobile children must be supervised in and around our property (especially around the swing and tree house) at all times.
For their own safety, young children are permitted on the third floor with adult accompaniment ONLY.
Gates for the stairs and a crib are available on request.
I'm a healthcare and vitality coach through my private practice Interval Coaching. Helping internationals live with vitality through loss and limbo is my passion! I offer individualized coaching workshops and host a women's circle and Workaway/HelpX guests in this space as well. We are a cross-cultural, musical, family of three with professional ties to healthcare. For fun, I sing with a local big band and study contemporary voice. My husband plays guitar, clarinet, and piano. We are a cross-cultural, bi-lingual family with a taste for good wine, cocktails, gelato, coffee, risotto, and pizza.
