Other things to note
Cooktop - This kitchen has an induction cooktop that only works with flat-bottomed, magnetic cookware like cast iron or stainless steel. Non-magnetic materials like glass, aluminum, or copper will not work unless they have an induction-compatible base. Most of the compatible utensils are provided.
Hot tub water is well water, we do our best to keep it best and periodically but sometimes it might smell even after using the right set of chemicals. this is just for information.
Air Conditioning is only available in living room. Other rooms are provided with fans.
Heating is baseboard heating in all rooms and split heating in living room, basement has a fireplace
Internet Speed: 78 Mbps (Satellite Internet good based on weather) - mostly works perfect for streaming services.
Snow Removal Policy - We strive to ensure a clear and safe arrival by removing snow from the driveway, door entrance, and pathways before your check-in. Our team cleans both the house and snow, a day prior to your arrival. However, as city snow removal schedules are unpredictable, there may be instances where the driveway entrance gets blocked.
For your convenience, we have provided a shovel outside for clearing the path if needed.
During your stay, a shovel and ice melt are available for managing light snowfall. If you require any assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
