A beautiful home for your family to relax in Collingwood and enjoy the gorgeous Golden Bay.

The home has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom with a second seperate toilet, a laundry, kitchen, and a beautiful open plan kitchen and lounge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need for cooking and meal preparation.

The hot water is run by gas, with a log burner available for rainy days too.

You will be in walking distance to the nearest town and a short 20 minute drive to Takaka.

The space
Open plan kitchen and lounge leading onto an entertainers deck with a picturesque view.

Two large bedrooms with queen beds, the master has a walk in wardrobe. The third bedroom has single bunks and a cot.

Walk through the laundry into the bathroom which has a shower, bath, toilet and sink.

The front lawn has a fenced area keeping young children and dogs safely inside. The deck is a safe height to Early Childhood standards but please watch young children around the edges.

Guest access
There will be one locked cupboard for the owners to store supplies and the garden shed will also be locked.

Other things to note
Bedding is provided for the 4 beds however please bring your own bedding for the cot.

Towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are also provided.
