Unique Opportunity to stay in peaceful and private annexe of a historic house surrounded by rolling farmland and beautiful gardens. Comfortable and private with own front door and patio.

The space
The annex is part of a William morris arts and crafts house, the large drawing room has a lovely fireplace and and large windows. (Wood is provided for the fire.). The annex is a two bedroom flat with two decent sized bedrooms. One with two single beds and the master with a double bed. A family bathroom and a lovely kitchen looking out over the front drive.
The annexe has its own front door, and a private patio.
Feel free to enjoy the gardens and walk on the estate.

We provide milk, bread, butter and cereals and seasonal produce from the gardens (eggs, veg and fruit when available.)

Guest access
The annexe has its own front door which will be left open on the day of arrival. Parking please park just past the front door of the main house and the access is through a pathway and a small gate into the patio.
