The space
Relax and unwind in our gorgeous villa which has been completely remodeled and decorated. The interior and furnishings are warm and inviting and include vaulted ceilings, tile floors, and granite countertops.
We don’t have gas burning appliances so no need for a carbon monoxide detector. The spacious villa has one well appointed large master bedroom, with a King Bed and a 3rd floor balcony over looking the beautiful pool and lake.
Our villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional “guest” spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

Only 4 guests maximum including infants and children.

Check In is 4pm because of same day checkouts and to have a thorough cleaning done.

We will provide check in information prior to your arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking space, and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows you to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
