Chacra Las Picazas I ~ 2 to 8 people. Log cabin with floor-to-ceiling windows, to enjoy 360° panoramic views. It is located within 1,400 hectares of dreamed forests, surrounded by mountains and ancient stone hills. A mts. del Río del Medio, with intimate beaches to enjoy a natural landscape in the company of your partner, family, friends!

15' from La Cumbrecita, mountain village with lots of activities, bars and restaurants to visit. 20 minutes from Villa Berna.

The space
Las Sicazas log cabin and stones has 2 private rooms both with en-suite bathrooms each. Its avant-garde architectural design has double-glazed windows, DVH system that give panoramic 360-degree views around it, added to that it is located in the highest area of the area, thus obtaining absolute privacy and magnanimity of the Environment.
Its total windows are cross ventilated that together with its location and orientation give an absoiuta and perfect bioclimatization. It does not require air conditioning due to the total coolness provided by its own design.
For the winter it has heaters in each environment and a great home to central firewood.
It has 2 decks, one covered. Grill and outdoor table in a high and very comfortable meadow of almost 2,000 meters, with table of 3 meters long and benches to enjoy total natural views.
There are countless walks to take to the river, beaches, forests, streams, to the wineries, to the vineyards, to the stone Chapel that make your stay rest, activity and relaxation extensive.

La Chacra Las Picazas has its own 2 hectareas within 1,400 of the Natural environment. From a deck will enjoy sunrises and from the other deck or from the great meadow, unique sunsets. The total property has at least 6 descadas on the river with sandy beaches and diverse stone to choose your favorite!
Training or simple exercise and relaxation walks will be able to design them every day! towards La Estancia, towards the Rio, towards the vineyards, towards La Domanda (tea house and restaurant).
We recommend bringing your favorite mat or blanket, for every corner that fascinates you!

Other things to note
The Montaña climate of the entire area is hot during the day and very cool in the shade and even more at night. We recommend always bringing meshes, warm clothes, very nice warmth and good footwear comfortable for the hikes !
The water in the area is not potable. We recommend mineral water for drinking. The tap water if it can be used for cooking and washing.

Every day we live it as a space for restoration, full enjoyment that gives us back + Humanity. I love to connect with ALL this 1,400 hectareas environment.. Since we share this Place in the World we enjoy others too!! It is filled with this Bella and total Energia !!
