Step back in time with Kali. This 1951 Vintage Avion is the perfect place to stay and will brighten up your day!

Ideal for a couple, Kali comfortably sleeps 2 and features a bright and beautiful kitchenette with a fridge to keep your beverages cold, a sink with hot/cold running water, a microwave and a 2 piece washroom in the back of the trailer.

Her dinette is the perfect place for a game of cards or a quick breakfast! Coffee on the deck in the morning or a bbq at night is the way to go!

The space
Kali is a 1951 vintage Avion (like an Airstream). Part of the Vintage Vacations collection, she is a step back in time to the glory days of travel.

The Avion is located and Shubie Campground and has access to Lake Charles and Shubie Park trails. All within minutes of downtown Halifax!

As you step inside Kali, you'll be transported back in time with its retro décor, vintage vibes, and classic furnishings. The camper features a comfortable seating area that doubles as a dinette, a cute kitchenette with a mini fridge and a queen size bed at the front.

The space is adorned with colourful curtains, throw pillows, and artwork that adds a touch of personality and charm.

Outside, you'll find a lovely little deck with a seating area and a charcoal grill, where you can enjoy your meals, soak up the sun, or watch the stars twinkle at night.

Kali also comes with a private fire pit, where you can roast marshmallows and enjoy the campfire ambiance. The camper is surrounded by a lush green lawn that offers ample space for outdoor games, yoga, or just lazing around in the sun.

PLEASE READ:

BATHROOMS: There is a small bathroom inside the camper with a toilet and sink. For hot showers, our washroom building is located a short distance to the camper (about a 1 minute walk). There you will find more toilets, sinks and showers.

HEAT/AC: There is NO AC in this unit but we do have a fan for the summer months and a small portable heater for the fall.

PETS: This camper will accept a small dog up to 40 lbs. Please let us know if ow if you are travelling with your fur friend, there is an additional $50 pet cleaning fee. No cats please!

CHILDREN: This camper will accommodate 2 adults or 1 adult and 1 child. It is a vintage camper though so young children (under 2) are not recommended.

WHAT TO BRING?: We recommend that you bring your own toiletries, a beach towel, if you plan on heading to the lake, your own groceries and a sense of adventure!

We do sell firewood and snacks at our camp store and our Vintage Vacations Campground concierges are there to help you with any questions that you might have to make sure you stay is a wonderful one!

CHECK IN: Check-in is between 3 and 7 PM daily and check out is 11 AM

Unlike a regular Airbnb, these Vintage trailers have several unique features in them that make them special. Everything from turning on the lights to flushing the toilet will be a new experience. For that reason, we prefer to check our guests in in-person.

If you are unable to check in between 3 PM and 7 PM, please let us know in your booking request.

If you require check-in after 10 PM, an additional staffing charge of $25 may apply.
