This special place is close to everything Stratford has to offer, making it easy to plan your visit. Enjoy this modern central loft space on a quiet street. Take an early morning stroll along the river and visit the swans. Window shop in our charming downtown only a block away. Grab a coffee from one of the many gourmet coffee shops close by. Head back to this sunny space with soaring ceilings. Sit on the balcony and watch the many pedestrians stroll along the street.

The space
The apartment is a newly renovated space on the second and third floor of a one hundred and fourty three year old house. The entrance staircase has painted wainscotting on the walls and sturdy wooden railings on both sides, the stairs have a rugged rubber coated tread with a no slip strip on the the nosing. This leads to the foyer/landing with heated tile floor, so your wet boots can dry quickly. The main floor of the apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, laundry, and a Kitchen/Livingroom with soaring ceilings and a staircase leading to the third floor. On the third level there are two separate loft spaces looking over the Kitchen and Living area below and the entrance to the private bedroom with skylight.

There is a level 2 charger for EVs available. Please make requests for use of the charger with the host.
