Centrally located within boating or driving distance to Sanibel, Fort Myers Beach, downtown Fort Myers and too many other places to mention. We have direct boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The house has 3 bedrooms, but the front den has French doors and can be used as a fourth bedroom for overflow guests. Come and relax in sunny, southwest Florida!
