In the heart of the characteristic San Lorenzo district, lovely touristic location on the second floor of a building of the early '900 without lift. Very quiet, facing inwards.
Well connected by bus and metro, it is very close to Termini station and is just a few steps from the Basilica San Giovanni and the Colosseum. Excellent solution for a cheap and quality stay.

Nicely situated in the San Lorenzo district with a 15 min walk to Termin Central Station. 3-4 min to a supermarket The apartment offered everything we needed for our 4 day stay in Rome. Warm recommendations!

If you like small , then this lace is for you, if you don’t mind graffiti on every building , then you’ll enjoy it. Depending on length of stay, bring toilet paper and more towels

The apartment is cute and very clean. Access to the building is easy. Communication was great. The shower is a little small so it wouldn’t be good for larger people. Walking to Termini was a little ‘shady’ as you have to walk through a tunnel. But otherwise the location was great…

Response from Maurizio:
Thank you for your review. I am happy you enjoied location and your stay. Anyway to reach Termini it is not necessary to walk through the tunnel because there are some alternative ways.

Great location, nice restaurants around, very convenient. Near to Roma Termini (20 minutes walking). Michela always willing to help us with information about Rome. Easy check in and out. Definitely I recommend this place to stay if you want to visit Rome.

We stayed in Maurizio's apartment for one week. The communication with the host was clear and effective. The only issue was the noise during the night from the neighbours and the airconditioning units in the courtyard.
