The space
The stylish and bright approx. 60 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor in a house with a total of 3 apartments (2 on the upper floor, 1 on the ground floor) in the second row to Heringsdorfer Strand in a traffic-calmed one-way street.
The two apartments on the upper floor are accessible from a common staircase, the apartment on the ground floor has a separate entrance on the side of the house (with 2 stairs barrier-free).
The house is surrounded by a beautiful green garden with apple trees and distributed seating areas. For all 3 apartments, there is also 1 parking space for the CAR on the property.
If desired, the entire holiday home including all 3 apartments can also be booked at the same time.
Whether beach day, strolling in the village, cycling to Poland or the surrounding area or yet relaxing comfortably and quietly in the garden - location, house and property offer enough opportunities for a holiday without many compromises.
The small, cozy apartment on the ground floor has enough space for a small family or couples. Due to its layout (1 bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room), the apartment is less suitable for 2 couples. Families appreciate the separate bedroom with large bed and small workspace facing the garden. The open kitchen-living room with access to the private garden area with seating area invites you to have breakfast and alfresco dinners. The bathroom has a shower and windows to the garden.

Bed linen per person (includes pillow and blanket cover as well as sheets): 10 euros.
Towels per person (includes 1 large and 1 small towel): 10 euros.
If desired, you would have to pay these packages directly to us, as well as the additional tourist tax. There is no suitable solution for this via Airbnb.
Linen packages and tourist tax are therefore NOT included in the Airbnb rental price.
1 free parking space for 1 car is available on the premises per apartment.
For bicycles, there is a partly covered parking space in the garden.

For security reasons, charging electric vehicles on the in-house outlets is strictly prohibited. This may cause short-circuits, overheating, and fires. Violation of the charging ban may result in claims for damages. Please only use public charging stations for charging your vehicle.
