The house is accessed through a short 1-meter alley, a common feature of Old Quarter homes. As you walk through, you may pass locals cooking, selling food, eating, and engaging in other daily activities. These lively street activities typically stop by 9 or 10 PM. This vibrant atmosphere is a natural part of life in the heart of Hanoi.
✔️ 𝙋𝙤𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙉𝙤𝙞𝙨𝙚:
The loft is located near Train Street and faces the main street, so some city noise is to be expected. As it's in Hanoi's city center, noise is common, especially during the day. However, shops and restaurants around the area typically close by 10 PM, or a bit later on weekends, making the house quieter in the evening. We always prepare earplugs in case you might want to use them.

🌟Outdoor stair (from main street to the house)
To access PineHaus, guests will need to use the external stairs from an alley, located just 1 meter from the main street, to reach the 2nd floor entrance. The homestay occupies the 2nd to 4th floors, and there is no elevator. Please note that PineHaus operates as a private, self-check-in property, and there are no staff or porters available to assist with luggage. If you anticipate any difficulty with carrying your luggage, please inform us in advance, and we will be happy to arrange assistance.
🌟Indoor stairs (from 2nd - 4th floor)
The nature of housing in Hanoi's city centre means stairs inside the house are often compact to maximise space for other purposes. To make your stay more comfortable, we recommend leaving your larger luggage in the living room and only bringing essentials to the bedrooms to avoid any difficulty carrying heavy bags up the stairs.
