Guests have exclusive access to the entire unit during their stay.
Other things to note
✔ BOOKING REQUIREMENT - Guests must adhere to certain booking criteria, including age restrictions (25 years old and above) and verification processes. The one who book is the only allowed to check in. LOCAL guest are not allowed.
✔ GUEST RESPONSIBILITY - Guests are expected to maintain noise levels and adhere to house rules, including no parties or illegal substances.
✔ HOUSEKEEPING - Daily housekeeping isn't included, but additional amenities can be provided upon request.
✔SECURITY - Security cameras are installed in exterior spaces for added safety.
✔ Tropical insects are endemic to our area. We have regular preventative pest control, but it's possible that insects might sneak inside. Please help us keep them out by keeping windows & doors closed and store food appropriately.
✔ Please note that while the apartment features an equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils, we do not provide any cooking condiments. Be sure to bring your preferred ingredients!
✔ Please note that there is only one designated area for trash disposal in our building. All trash must be taken to the dumpster area located on the first floor, outside of the building. Leaving trash in hallways or other areas will incur a $150 fee. We kindly ask that you dispose of your trash properly to help us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.

LOCAL - Local guests or guests with a local number (starting with 786, 305, or 954) must contact the host before booking.
The person booking must be the one staying. Third-party bookings are not allowed.
The name on the reservation must match the government-issued ID provided during the verification process.
