Simple accommodation in a rural setting with domestication, midway between families favorites Astrid Lindgrens värld and Kolmården Zoo. The proximity to Gamla Linköping is not to detract.

There is a lake with boat place nearby where you have the possibility to rent a rowing boat, fishing license is available for purchase.

For the climbing person, there is also Solviks Rödberget, which is a popular destination for those who want a real challenge with their partially extruding mountain wall but also simpler trails. All climbing is done independently.

Fully equipped house with active farm as a neighbor.

Bedroom with one double bed as well as a sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom with bathtub on the same floor. Access to a freezer in the basement.

There is fast WiFi, TV, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and iron in the house.

Extra mattresses are available if required.

We run an active farm so even though here is quiet, the animals and tractors are heard as they pass by. For your own safety, you should not be on a barnyard, among tractors and other large machines.

It is strictly forbidden to enter all barns as well as stables without staff's permission.

Other things to note
Outdoors, pets must be kept on a leash as there are many other kinds of animals nearby.

Dogs must not be left alone and unattended in the house. Dogs are also not allowed to stay in the beds and sofas.

Parties and parties with loud music are not allowed.

Charcoal for BBQ provided by the guest

The guest does their own departure cleaning. The house should be left in the same condition as it was when you got there.
