The space
The Cottage welcomes you with 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home features an open floor plan, with plenty of room for the entire family. When you enter the front door, you are greeted by a comfortable open living room area with an electric fireplace and wall-mounted HD smart Roku TV. The Living Room has a couch for three and a large arm chair for your relaxation. The couch may be used for sleeping, if you prefer that as a sleeping arrangement. Each Bedroom features queen-size beds equipped with linens and pillows for your comfort. Each bedroom also comes with a closet and dresser for your clothing and luggage. The Master Bedroom located near the rear of The Cottage has a Master Bathroom on-suite. The Master Bedroom is also the only bedroom in the home with a wall-mounted HD Smart Roku TV. The Full Kitchen will meet all of your cooking, dining, and meal prep needs. The Kitchen comes fully equipped with cooking utensils, wine glasses, plates and silverware, complimentary cooking ingredients such as spices and oils, a Keurig with K-cups, complimentary cream and sugar, pots, pans, casserole dishes, baking sheet, and Tupperware. The Laundry Room will supply you with the essentials you need such as laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and basic cleaning supplies. The Cottage also boasts two Full Bathrooms with higher-end fixtures such as tile shower/tub combos, anti-fog mirror, and water-proof flooring. Each bathroom is equipped with clean towels located under the sinks. The Outdoor and Backyard Area features a large open firepit area with seating (6 chairs) for your enjoyment. Each guest will be provided a complimentary bundle of firewood located near rear entrance and additional wood may be purchased for $5 a bundle. In the rear of the property is a private pond and waterfront area where you may experience wildlife such as geese, fish, rabbits, and whitetail deer. The yard also has beautiful landscaping for you to enjoy such as hydrangea bushes, shade trees, annual flowers, and various perennial flowers.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to The Cottage and its interior. The backyard and outdoor areas are also available for guests to enjoy!

Keurig K-cups, creamer, sugar, assorted spices for cooking, olive oil, cooking oil spray, salt, and pepper.

Outdoor Area:
A small bundle of firewood will be provided for free during each stay. It will be located near rear entrance to backyard. When needed, additional firewood may be purchased upon request from Host for a small cost of $5 per bundle. Each additional bundle for $5 will be submitted as a resolution after your stay with us.
