📌 Please note that suite is located in Golden Ridge Resort one of Canmores Highest rated new development completed in 2025. The property is located near the highway. Some highway noise can be heard from the patio and inside the unit when the windows are open. With the windows closed, only little to no sound is heard inside. If you prefer a very quiet environment, this may be something to consider. Note that the highway runs directly through the Town of Canmore and this affects most resorts. 📌
