The space

Two bedrooms with parking and easily accessible 24 hours, this is a perfect home to call your own during your stay in Melbourne. The full sized kitchen is great for families or friends wanting to cook a few meals at home or people staying longer periods of time. The supermarket is just across the road at Spencer St and a short walk gets you to Victoria Markets for the fresh local produce to experience the best flavours of Melbourne!

You're welcome to play the piano provided you know how :) and just keep it down after 9pm so as not to disturb the friendly neighbours.

- I do not accept responsibility for loss of property. However, if you realise you have left something in the apartment after check-out please phone and I will do my best to have it returned to you.

The apartment was homely. We stayed for three months for work and it felt like home. The car parking space is tight and the the neighbours use it so often on the weekend a you can't get your own car in. There were a lot of ant issues, the host provided ant raid but it only got rid of them for and week and nothing further was done. Towel collection was inconsistent. The location was perfect, inside the free tram zone, easy walk to town. Close to trams and trains and the airport bus. Queen Vic markets are a short walk and a fantastic place to kick off a Saturday.

The apartment was in a great location for us. It is close walking distance to everything including public transportation and the sky skybus. The apartment had everything you need for you to feel at home and it didn't feel cramped with three people.

Good location and great host. Free tram station is nearby and is walkable to most of the local attraction such as Queen Victoria Market. The apartment is clean and cozy. The only disappointing thing is the unstable wifi as the signal is a bit weak during day time. Overall, my family and I did had a pleasant stay in this apartment.

The apartment is in a good location. Very walkable to the Melbourne CBD and other sites in the city. Parking is good plus, but it is a bit tricky to get a big car in the parking spot. Cleanliness was main issue here. The bathroom was dirty, kitchen dishes were visibly unclean, and ants were all over the apartment.

First, Thank you very much for your warm welcome Linton and for the early check-in ! ( very accommodating and friendly host ) ; we immediately felt at home and we spent one lovely week here. Very clean, comfortable and great location ; perfect for exploring Melbourne and near The Flagstaff Gardens ( you'll see possums in the park at night ; so cute !! ). Would definitely recommend this place. The three sisters

I’m an entrepreneur, architecture graduate, photographer, cyclist (NOT the lycra kind), volunteer, adventurer and problem solver.

During my studies I worked at various cafes and architecture offices to save up for shoestring trips around the world. My grandma once told me I had ‘champagne taste but a beer budget’ and it’s a motto I’ve enjoyed applying to different parts of my life to get the more out of less and find enjoyment in the little things.

I love discovering authentic experiences when I travel and I love being able to share the opportunity with others, to live like a local when they travel too.

Some of my most memorable trips have been couch-surfin across Russia while taking the Trans Siberian, living in Helsinki and learning to hand build furniture, riding a vintage steel bicycle through France to race in L’Eroica and buying a car on craigzlist in Los Angeles and driving across the south, east and north coasts to arrive in Vancouver.
