Our recently upgraded villas boast new furniture and linen, providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere. Each villa is fully self-contained, featuring reverse-cycle air conditioning, private balconies with outdoor settings, and, in most cases, individual barbecues. We’ve taken care of all the details to ensure your stay is as hassle-free as possible, including providing all linen, towels, and guest amenities.
For those who prefer to cook, our villas come equipped with a comprehensive selection of cookware, allowing you to enjoy meals in the comfort of your own space while soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Take advantage of our covered heated pool, maintained at a delightful 26 degrees from September to May. The property also features a centrally located children’s playground where the little ones can play safely and burn off some energy. Other things to note
Here is a list of general information in preparation for your stay:-
Check-in time is 2pm on the date of your arrival, with your check-out time being 10am on your date of departure.
Reception hours:- 9 am-5 pm - 7 days a week.
Please advise us if you expect to arrive outside these times on the day, so we can make alternative arrangements to check you into your Villa. If alternative arrangements have not been made there will be a $30 late check-in fee so please phone the office if you are going to be later than 5pm.
Please note: There is no charging of electric cars in our park, if caught you will be asked to leave the park with no refund. The nearest charging point is in Lakes Entrance at the Visitors Centre at 2 Marine Parade, Lakes Entrance.
Metung Holiday Villas is located on the corner of Mairburn & Stirling Road, with reception accessed via Mairburn Road. A leisurely 15-minute walk down along Lake King will take into the Village of Metung, with its cafes, bakery, waterfront hotel and general store where basic supplies can be purchased. For more extensive shopping Lakes Entrance is a 20-minute drive.
All Villas are fully self-contained and supplied with all required bedroom and bathroom linen; we ask that you bring your own beach/pool towels. Kitchens have a comprehensive range of cooking and serving implements, with a private BBQ and outdoor setting on each balcony. (Please note Budget Villas have a stove top and microwave only and are not supplied with a BBQ). A starter pack consisting of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid/powder, toilet paper, shampoo, and soaps are provided on arrival. Additional supplies can be brought with you or they can be purchased from reception. Villas are non-smoking, with ashtrays provided for smoking on your balcony.
Porta-Cots and High Chairs are available for hire; these items will need to be booked in advance.
HOUSE RULES
Please no cooking of seafood (including shellfish, crab, fish etc), spices/curries or reheating in our villas otherwise a surcharge for cleaning of up to $500 will apply. The reason behind this is that some guests are allergic to shellfish and this along with spices/curries can leave a bad odour within the villa, therefore, having us cancel the next booking for the room to be cleaned and aired out as it's not fair on the next guest. A BBQ is provided on the deck (apart from budget villas) or a communical BBQ is located near the pool that you are welcome to use.
PARKING
Parking Provision is made at each Villa for the parking of (1) vehicle only, additional car parking is available upon request, in some cases vehicles may have to be parked outside the property.
Boat parking - strictly by request only.
You are welcome to bring along your push bikes, these can be ridden within the property. We ask that helmets be worn at all times and children be properly supervised. Unfortunately, the riding of skateboards and rollerblades is not allowed.
Please note:- We do not take any responsibility for personal items left in your villa, so be sure to check you have taken all your personal items upon departure. Any items found will be placed in lost property for 1 week and if not collected or posted at your cost within a week items will be disposed of.
**POOL TOWELS - IF YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE A SWIM IN THE POOL PLEASE, BRING POOL TOWELS OTHERWISE YOU CAN PURCHASE THEM AT RECEPTION FOR $2 A TOWEL AND LEAVE IN YOUR ROOM WHEN YOU CHECKOUT.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy:
One night's deposit is due on booking and the remaining is paid on check-in.
If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival no fee will be charged, if you cancel 14 days prior to arriving 50% of the deposit will be fortified and if you cancel 7 days before check-in you will lose your deposit.
No-Shows:
In the event that you do not arrive on the specified date of arrival, the full amount of any outstanding balance will be charged to your account.
We require a pre-authorisation of your credit card in the amount of $200.00. This will be held by us until an inspection of your accommodation is done by a staff member upon check-out. If no damage has occurred, this will be returned to your card.
Check-In requirements: a credit card will be required on arrival as well as your car registration, to guarantee the payment of any additional charges that may occur. A link will be sent to you a week before to do this online via a secured link to help speed up the check-in when you arrive.
NO PETS ALLOWED unless otherwise arranged.
