Welcome to Sunset Studio - your new island home!

If you are looking for a location where everything seems to be on your doorstep, look no further. Staying in Sunset Studio will have you just steps away from the beautiful Caribbean beaches and all amenities and services available in Holetown.

During the fall 2024 the whole property has gone thru major renovations; the pool and the surroundings have been reconstructed and the whole villa including both studios have been fully refurbished.

The space
The studio is a private unit in a bigger villa with a swimming pool and beautiful garden surroundings. It is located in the lively area of Sunset Crest, Holetown, only 150 meters from its beautiful beaches and many shops, bars and restaurants.

Built in a charming Caribbean style, the two spacious self contained studios adjoining the villa have a little kitchenette with two burner stove top, microwave, coffee maker, water kettle and toaster along with pots and pans, utensils, wine glasses etc. The bed has a new double/full size mattress and you have an ensuite bathroom with shower.

These units are ideal for couples or a single person, or can be occupied along with the main villa for larger parties. Each studio has its own entrance leading to the patio, pool and the gardens.

Within a few minutes walk you will find:

* Beautiful Holetown beach with its watersports, bars and restaurants
* Massy supermarket including pharmacy
* Sandy Crest Medical Center, open 24h
*Limegrove Lifestyle Center - designer duty free shopping mall
* Multiple restaurants, bars, banks, post office, police station, petrol station and more

Other things to note
As the taxi rates on the island are regulated, I like to organize the airport transportation for all my guest using my drivers as they know the location of the property and can message me once leaving the airport so I know what time my guests will be arriving. The cost is 60$USD (or 120$BBD) from airport to Holetown and is to be paid in cash mainly.
