The space
Our place is very close to the beach!The walk to the beach is a short 3 minutes from the house.

The Space
1st Level
1 bedroom with queen bed. Bath with Shower and Laundry Room

2nd Level
2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed, 3rd Bedroom with double sized Bunk Bed, Living Room, Full Bath with tub/shower, Enclosed air conditioned Porch with queen sized futon, Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room and Deck.

Two of the three bedrooms are on the second floor with the third on the first floor. The Main bedroom has 1 queen bed. Second bedroom has 1 double sized bunk bed and 3rd bedroom on the 1st floor has 1 queen bed. Our home has 2 full baths. One on the 2nd floor with a tub/shower. The other bath is on the first floor. The shower to this bathroom is down the hall off the laundry room. Our home has a deck off the fully equipped kitchen and an enclosed porch to enjoy your morning coffee. There is a dedicated driveway with off street parking. So there is no worry about finding a space to park.

Pets Allowed:
We welcome dogs, No cats, please.
There is a Pet Fee of $50 per dog for up to 7 days, and $10 per day for each day after that. REQUIRED: When you reserve, please be sure to indicate if you will have animals with you. By booking with your dog or dogs you are agreeing that you have reviewed our following guidelines and agree to them:

-No Dogs allowed on the furniture
-We have a fenced in yard and ask that you pick up after your dog when outside
- Maximum allowed is 2 dogs under 20lb, or 1 dog under 40lb.
If you have a dog larger than this size, feel free to ask us for an exception but we must approve it.
-Breed and age are needed along with current proof of vaccinations, and they must be on a current flea/tick protocol.
-NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs.
-Must be completely housetrained or kept in a kennel when left alone.
