Home share, we Airbnb 2 rooms. Hall bathroom is shared with other guests and is cleaned daily.
We settle in at 9pm nightly. This is not a curfew, it is just being courteous. Night owls, this is not a good fit. Laundry facilities are free, we ask that you use your own supplies. We offer our accommodations at a very great value
No smoking of any kind. No same day bookings after 5pm. One level home in a well-kept, residential neighborhood. We do have 2 cats that stick to themselves

During the colder months, if you want to use the pool a 2 full day notification is required for adequate time for the pool to heat up. It is very expensive to keep the pool heated constantly 24/7 for someone not to use it.
