This beautiful large apartment is located on the 1st and 2nd floor of the main house on the farm Hell Nordre. The apartment has a kitchen, bathroom, three bedrooms, and three living rooms in a row. There is a lot of space and high ceilings throughout the apartment. The place is close to grocery store, airport and train station, and only 4 km from Stjørdal city center. Here you live close to shopping, climbing park, hiking areas, salmon fishing, etc. The apartment has a separate entrance, and a large sunny garden. There is free parking in the courtyard. Welcome!

The space
The main house at Hell Nordre is a listed house in timber, built in 1882. The building is extremely solid and many original building parts are well taken care of. Inside the house, and out in the courtyard, you can experience a very special atmosphere.

The farm has previously been a ski station, and is therefore close to the road. Some noise from the traffic must be calculated in the living rooms and outside in the garden, especially during rush hours during the weekdays. A separate apartment on the 2nd floor is rented to others. They have their own entrance and you will not share any rooms.
