(Additional reimbursement costs without consultation will be charged for damages and contamination confirmed after check-out.)

There is a carbon monoxide detector and smoke detector so police may be dispatched.
If you are caught smoking, you will be charged 100,000 KRW.
(Not on the stairs or in the bathroom.)

Additional guests will incur an additional charge. (10,000 KRW/day)
Entry is not possible other than the🚫 reserved number of people, and if caught, a fee of 30,000 won per person will be charged.
CCTVs are installed, so we check them at check-in.
- Please double check the air conditioner and heater when you leave, and make sure you have turned off the water and electricity as well.
If you 🚫 deliberately turn on electrical appliances or turn on the water and go out or leave, you will be charged an additional fee if you check for excessive use.
- Please dispose of the garbage generated during your stay by general garbage and recycled garbage.
The general waste bin is located next to the refrigerator, and the recycling bin is located on the porch next to the living room.
-The entire accommodation has been disinfected, and we regularly maintain mattress cleanliness and disinfect every corner.
