Come and stay in this rustic private Cabin on the ocean with spectacular views of Howe Sound. 45 min drive to Whistler. It has self check in and parking close by. Relax by the ocean, go for a paddle, enjoy the outdoor private fire pit up on the rock with breath taking views of Howe sound during sun set. Wake up to wildlife swimming by your bedroom window. Free Paddle boards and Kayaks to use during your stay:)

The space
Stay in this beautiful , rustic, very private cabin right on the water. Amazing view all year around, very quiet and peaceful. Sit down, relax, make a fire and take in the beauty of Howe Sound. This private island is located 4 km from downtown Squamish. It used to be water flowing in between the island and the main land but its now filled in so you can drive right in and park on the property.
It's very rare that we get snow in the winter in Squamish so you can bike and hike all year around. Back country skiing is available in the Garibaldi Provincial Park. It takes about 30 min to drive to the snow line. Elfin Lakes Shelter is a popular spot and it's open all year around. Or if you stay on the Hwy Whistler/Blackomb is only 40 min away. (50km or 30 miles)

Hello, Im Maria. I would say that we live a very active lifestyle. Winters are spent skiing or hiking, in the summer we mountain bike, road ride, hike, paddle board and fish. Squamish is a great playground and we use it every day. Im happy to share all the local secret spots, we have been living on this property for over 20 years. Saying all that, its hard not to just stay home and do nothing. The views of the mountains are spectacular. If you are looking for a place to relax this is it.
