The space
The house sits on the edge of the ocean, north-facing, with the most beautiful views of the bay and mountains.
The outdoor veranda extends onto a grass patch and the protected natural fynbos garden bordering the ocean.

The core of the house is an open plan double volume space with exposed brick walls and trusses. This pace includes a relaxing lounge with an open wood burning fireplace and an 8 seater dining room table as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry and a combined scullery / laundry.
