Relax with your family in this peaceful condo by the sea! Top floor of a small, quiet oceanfront building. 2 bedrooms (queen master, small 2 twin bunk room, queen sofa bed), 2 baths.

Great location in midtown, 2 streets north of Rt 90. Walk to restaurants, shopping, miniature golf. 2 parking spots in the garage close to the elevator. Large balcony with expansive ocean views and partial bay view. Nicely updated kitchen. Wood floors. Sorry no pets, high school senior or college groups.

NOTE: Our amazing cleaners charge an additional $50 cleaning fee for Sundays ($200 total includes bed/bath linens, beds made upon arrival) which will be added at time of booking if check out is a Sunday. Cleaning fee including linens is $150 Monday-Saturday check out days.
