The space
The first floor offers a living room with a 55" flat screen TV and mini-bar, modern kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, dining area, laundry room, and one ½ bath. Additionally, the first floor has one King bedroom with a small en-suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms...1 Queen bdrm and 1 king bdrm each with small private bathrooms. One of the second floor bedrooms offers a private balcony with outdoor seating. Each bedroom has a 32" flat screen TV. Hardwood floors, slate, and tile throughout house.

4 off-street parking spaces are included with the house.

The house is one block away from Marion Square, where a variety of events are held. Every Saturday from April 8 through November 25 Marion Square hosts the Farmers' Market. ..breakfast and lunch vendors, live entertainment, local produce, arts and crafts, etc.

The house is also in very close walking distance of dozens of great restaurants on King Street.
