Welcome to Lakeview House - set in the grounds of an old garden centre not far from Cortes Loch, recently renovated with a lovely private garden with tree house, mini BBQ and deck area, summer house, woodland walk with stream, greenhouse and field. Enjoy a cosy log fire by the wood-burning stove while luxury duck feather and down duvets keep you warm at night. Close to beaches, golf courses, museums, nature reserves and the castle and whisky trail situated directly on the NE250 driving route.

The space
The main bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, the second bedroom has a super-king size bed and shares a family bathroom with bath and shower overhead with bedroom 3 which has an adult size bunk bed. Black-out curtains in the bedrooms keep out the late and early morning light in the summer months while there are plenty of blankets and throws to keep you warm when the weather gets chilly. Hot water bottles are provided during the winter months.
The large farmhouse kitchen seats 6 round the oak table. Coffee, tea, sugar, cooking oil, salt and pepper are provided.

Guest access
Set in approximately 1 and a half acres of well-maintained grounds on the site of an old garden centre with an adjacent 2 acre field and ample parking space, there is plenty to explore. Browse and purchase plants and flowers from the large greenhouse when open, take a peek in the fish pond, wander down to the woods to see the hideouts made from willow trees or chill out with a book in the garden or summer house.

Other things to note
Wood, firelighters and matches are provided for the wood-burning stove in the lounge to keep you warm and toasty. Coal is also provided in the winter months.
There is a TV, free WiFi, some books and games to keep you entertained. Games can be found in the games cupboard in the hallway.
