My home is ready to welcome you in a unique and relaxing environment. It is a characteristic studio located on the ground floor within a typical courtyard in the ancient village of Peretola. The property has recently undergone a very recent renovation and therefore it is in excellent condition. It is located near Peretola Airport and minutes from the main highway arteries.

The space
The courtyard of Peretola, despite being a studio, is spacious (approx. 40 meters) , cozy and relaxing. It is equipped with every comfort, from air conditioning with hot/cold air use to all the essential kitchen accessories ( the stove, fridge-freezer, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, etc... )and for the bathroom(hairdryer, bath linens and toiletries).
There will be coffee capsules and welcome kits for a snack and breakfast. Linens and towels will be provided. You'll find, in addition, ironing board and ironing board, clothesline, and nibs.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy all the services : air conditioning, WI FI, laundry area equipped with washing machine and various accessories.

Other things to note
The building is located in the Peretola area, convenient for its proximity to the various highways as well as the Airport, which is just a few minutes away. Easily reachable Osmannoro industrial area. The area is quiet and away from the traffic of the city center. Services can also be reached by foot, such as supermarket and neighboring restaurants, shops and public transport.

BY CAR: You can reach the property
through the car, with easy parking in the area and the possibility of loading and unloading suitcases in the courtyard of the house.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT: You can reach the property either from the Airport( by car or by shuttle bus 68
) that from S.Maria Novella Railway Station through the TRAM lines T1 2 T2 and shuttle bus 68).
Most parking in the area is free and parking is easy to find on the neighboring streets.
