Open May 1 2019 . The Little Red Tree house accommodates two guests only. It has huge views, private shower, with separate powder room sink and toilet. It has an efficiency kitchen, with small sink and counter top,as well as a fridge. The tree house is equipped with heat/air and electricity. Located on the way to Rocky Mountain NP, directly across from Rocky Grass There is a full size pull down Murphy bed which sleeps two , the fairy loft sleeps one.Total occupancy two people maximum !

The space
The Little Red Tree house has a full sized pull-down bed for 2 on the main floor and a loft that sleeps one above the kitchen .Our short term rental permit only allows for two guests maximum , No negotiation for additional guests . The tree house can accommodate two comfortably any more is a bit crowded .Colorado Sales Tax # 36454782

Guest access
This is a separate building with private access and parking, we have a swing , and picnic area , as well as a pergola to sit under .A big lawn graces the front of the tree house as well,bring a frisbee.

We are walking distance to shopping, restaurants, hiking and bike trails, fishing and river tubing - and bluegrass music!

The treehouse is located on a private road right across from the RockyGrass festival grounds, near local rivers and downtown. The view are expansive looking south over the plains and mountains! The location is also very close to Riverbend and Lion's Crest wedding venues.

We built this special treehouse to showcase our innovative treehouse design wor There is small kitchen counter w/sink , kuerig coffee, maker ,coffee , kettle , tea ,…cupboard w/ toaster oven , microwave , unfortunately no stove , as our town does not allow one ,due to fire regulations. Small fridge on stair landing .
