This beautiful home is close to town/Furniture Market (1.8 miles from IHFC!) and High Point University (2.1 miles).

The space
Nestled in the Emerywood neighborhood of High Point, NC, this 1922 home has loads of charm. Originally owned by Henri Kronheimer, Publisher of the Southern Furniture Journal - which was largely credited with bringing the world renowned Furniture Market to High Point.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one living room, and one family/sun room. The downstairs floor plan is inviting, comfortable, and feels like “home” while clean and clutter- free.

The outside garden is in full bloom in the spring and summer - with vegetables that guests can harvest. There is a small creek on the property and can be enjoyed on the side porch. A fire pit is available for those who want to use it!
